Melissa Suzanne George hails from Australia and is an actor, businesswoman, inventor and model. She began her career in Australia before moving to Hollywood and has achieved great popularity. George George initially was interested with dancing and roller skating. In 1992, she was awarded the Western Australia Teenage Model Of the Year Award for modelling career. Her screen debut was in an episode of Seven Networks' soap opera Home and Away the following year. She made her film debut on Dark City. Later, she took on parts in supporting roles, such as Alias The Limey in Down with Love. Then she was the main character in The Amityville Horror 2005 remake she became the first female protagonist in an Hollywood major production.
